I understand and agree that What's One Moore Animal Rescue has made every effort to provide an accurate history and assessment of the puppy/dog(s). What's One Moore Animal Rescue is not able to guarantee any dogs age, breed, medical status, history, behavior or disposition. I hereby release What's One Moore Animal Rescue and its volunteers, directors, members and representation of any and all possible claims arising from injury or damage caused by any puppy/dog(s) fostered by me to any person or property or relating to the health or temperament of the puppy/dog(s), including any expenses related hereto. I can not transfer custody of the foster puppy/dog(s) in my care to anyone other than What's One Moore Animal Rescue. I will return the puppy/dog(s) to What's One Moore Animal Rescue if the foster situation does not work out and once the puppy/dog(s) have found an adoptive home.
