In consideration of being allowed to volunteer at PuppyLoveKY Pet Rescue (the "Rescue"), I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Risk of Injury: Volunteering for PuppyLoveKY involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bites, scratches, allergic reactions, and falls. I understand that these risks cannot be entirely eliminated and I agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damages that I may sustain while volunteering for PuppyLoveKY.

2. Release of Liability: I hereby release and forever discharge PuppyLoveKY, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of or in any way connected with my volunteer service at PuppyLoveKY, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.

3. Compliance with PuppyLoveKY Rules: I agree to comply with all rules and regulations established by PuppyLoveKY, including but not limited to animal handling procedures, safety guidelines, and dress code requirements.

4. Medical Conditions: I disclose any medical conditions that could impact my ability to volunteer safely or could pose a risk to the animals at PuppyLoveKY.

5. Right to Refuse Service: PuppyLoveKY reserves the right to refuse volunteer service to anyone at its sole discretion.
By executing this agreement through electronic means by clicking the "I Agree" button and typing your name into a designated field, you acknowledge and agree that such electronic signature shall have the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.This agreement, when executed electronically, shall be considered to be a legally binding contract, enforceable in accordance with its terms and as permitted by applicable law. You further acknowledge that your electronic signature constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.*
