Terms and Conditions
AADPRT is dedicated to a harassment-free experience for all meeting participants and expects all participants to treat others with respect and behave with the high degree of integrity expected of the medical profession. AADPRT will review and respond to reports of harassment. If you see or experience harassment and wish to report it, contact Sara.
Acknowledgement of Event Recording
I acknowledge that AADPRT may record this event and may use such recording or related images for any AADPRT purpose and in all media formats, including but not limited to posting the recordings on the AADPRT website. Information I share during the event, including but not limited to my name, title, company, image, voice, and spoken or written questions or comments, may be included and used in such recordings. I may contact the executive director with questions about the recording.
Disruption Policy
AADPRT meeting participants are expected to support a robust, professional learning environment. AADPRT staff may remove participants who engage in disruptive behavior; no refund will be provided.
Accessing the Event
Sharing or sub-letting your table with another company is a violation of these terms and may result in your access to the Event being terminated, at AADPRT's sole discretion, no refund will be provided.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the person/legal entity described as “Exhibitor” in this clause and in this exhibitor contract (regardless whether such person/legal entity is also described as “Exhibitor” in this contract) hereby assumes full responsibility and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Hotel (Hilton San Francisco Union Square), Hotel’s owners, managers, partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Hotel Indemnified Parties”), as well as American Association of Directors of Psychiatric Residency (“Group”) and Liz Group LLC (and its related owners, employees, and contractors), from and against any and all claims or expenses (including those of a third party) arising out of Exhibitor’s use of the Hotel’s exhibition premises and participation in the event. Exhibitor agrees to obtain and maintain during the use of the exhibition premises, Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, including contractual liability covering the Exhibitor’s indemnity obligations in this clause.
Further, we waive all liability against the Group (and its directors and officers), Liz Group LLC (and its related owners, employees, and contractors), other registrants and exhibitors, as well as the Hilton San Francisco Union Square arising from the contraction or spread of COVID-19 or other illnesses due to this event (this includes attendance and travel to/from event).
Should we not abide by these rules, we understand that representatives may be asked to leave immediately without refund of fee.
The aforementioned company wishes to reserve an exhibit booth at AADPRT’s 2025 Annual Meeting. By signing this contract, company agrees:
- they have reviewed and will abide by all policies as addressed in exhibitor prospectus
- they have reviewed and agreed to aforementioned language
- they are providing credit card payment here, at this time
Space is not guaranteed until AADPRT approves application and receives payment.
AADPRT has all rights to reject application and return fee.
In no instance will a refund be considered once an application has been approved and a corporate investment has been made. Representatives found in violation of conference protocols will be asked to leave without refund.
