    Vendor Table Packages, Terms & Expectations:

    Seminar Table Vendor.  - $75 one day, $125 two days.
    Standard Table Vendor - $100 one day, $175 two days.
    Oremium Table Vendor - $150 one day, $250 two days.

    Approved vendor setup dates and operating hours will be communicated prior to the event.

    Vendor spaces will be located in the hotel lobby adjacent to the meeting rooms, subject to venue layout and availability.

    Electrical power, extension cords, and power strips will not be provided. Vendors are responsible for supplying any necessary power solutions.

    No materials may be affixed to venue or hotel walls, doors, or surfaces. All signage, displays, and promotional materials must be freestanding and self-supported.

    To maintain a balanced and high-quality vendor experience, the International Music Summit reserves the right to limit vendor participation to one vendor per product or service category. Multiple vendors offering the same or substantially similar products or services will not be permitted.
