You should understand that by ordering anyof our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. PAYMENT:Payment is to be paid in full at time of booking in order to hold thereservation. CANCELLATION: Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduleddelivery will result in a 50% refund or a credit to be used at a later date.Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery may not receive arefund. RUSH ORDERS: Rush (within 24 hours) and same day orders will beaccommodated with the following conditions Based on available inventory Rushfee of $25 will be added Orders placed within 24 hours of requested event dayare not guaranteed INCLEMENT WEATHER: We will not be able to deliver your yardgreeting if there is lightning, high winds, or other hazardous weather conditionsthat prevent set up and/or take down, or affect the stability and/or potentialdamage to the signs. In the event of inclement weather, if we are unable toreschedule the greeting, a refund will be honored. REFUND POLICY: We will notrefund payment if homeowner requests greeting to be removed, for errors thatoccur on order. DELIVERY: The yard sign will be delivered the eveningbefore or morning of event date unless other arrangements have been made. Allprices include delivery, set up and take down of the yard greeting. POLICY:Allsigns remain property of Katz Yard Kardz. If there is any damage to thedisplay, you are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter or stake atfull replacement value.
