Zola's Cafe Entertainment Agreement

Location: Zola's Cafe, Avondale

The band agrees to perform at Zola's Cafe on the specified event date and time. The performance will be 3 Hour duration with a 15-minute break]. for their performance. Payment will be made The band is responsible for providing their own musical instruments and equipment unless otherwise agreed. Zola's Cafe will provide N/A The band must arrive at least 40min before the performance for sound check and setup. If the band needs to cancel, they must notify Zola's Cafe at least 48 hours before the performance date. Zola's Cafe reserves the right to cancel the performance due to unforeseen circumstances, providing 48 hour notice.

Both Zola's Cafe and the band agree to promote the performance through their respective social media channels and networks.

The band agrees to maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to all cafe policies during their time at Zola's Cafe.

Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the performance without compensation. Zola's Cafe is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the band's performance or while on the premises. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between both parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings. Any modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
