INDIVIDUALS & FAMILIES:
There is Absolutely NO FEE to Participate
VENDORS & BUSINESSES:
There is a $12 Guest Vendor Fee for All Vendors & Businesses
EVENT SPONSOR:
$75 - Includes 1 Booth Space for the Day + Your Business Logo on Event Flyers, Sponsorship Banner, & Website
IMPORTANT:
ALL Participants MUST pass out some type of goodies! You must provide your own goodies to hand out! Individually wrapped candy, prizes, trinkets, coloring books, and business goodies are all acceptable items! You should plan for at least 350 trick or treaters!
This is a FAMILY FRIENDLY Event! Please decorate accordingly! Scary is okay but we don't want little ones to leave crying! Costumes are always encouraged (the kids always get a huge kick out of it).
Businesses are allowed to bring material related to their organization to disperse to participants as appropriate! If your business has a mascot that you would like to bring, please do so!
SET UPS:
Decorated Booth with Canopy (12 Foot Wide Space)
Participants are responsible for providing their own canopy, table(s), & etc.
Decorated Table (9 Foot Wide Space)
Participants are responsible for providing their own table(s) & etc.
Decorated Trunk/Tailgate (9 Foot Wide Space)
There is no electrical support for decorations, sorry!
You are responsible for the setup and clean up of your parking spot.
