This must be the state filed version of your articles. Sometimes called Articles of Organization depending on the jurisdiction.

Track Record

To validate the track record, we often rely on public records. If the public records are inadequate or not up to date --- we may ask for additional information such as sale HUDs, or proof of refinance if you kept the rehab as a rental. If you have done deals in an entity different than the one you uploaded docs on above, please upload those entity docs (articles and OA) in this subitem. Thank you!
