  • Applicants must be fully paid-up members of the Craft Potters Association (CPA). For info and membership enquiries, please contact membership@craftpotters.com or 020 3137 0750. All categories of members - Fellows, Selected Members and Associates - are eligible to apply.

    Please fill in all the boxes that are marked with an asterisk *. Make sure you check for typos and mistakes before you submit as the organisers cannot accept responsibility for mistakes in print or on websites. Please note, we charge an application fee of £10 (payment at end of form)

    Double width stand 12' x 2'6": £320 plus VAT - £384 in total 

    Normal stand 6' x 5': £275 plus VAT - £330 in total

    Shared Associates' stand 4' x 2'6": £95 plus VAT - £114.00 in total (six available)

  • The Fair will be held at York Racecourse, in a modern building with large windows, flat floors, good catering and excellent lighting. The venue is easily accessible with plenty of on-site parking for exhibitors and visitors, and easy access by public transport.

    You will be provided with a table that you can then cover, adding plinths or shelving up to but no more than 2' high. All stands must be stable enough to meet the H&S requirements. We do not allow exhibitors to bring their own stands.

    If you are accepted to exhibit, you will receive further info re. displaying your work.

  • Fields marked with a red asterisk * must be filled in or you will not be able to submit.

    Closing date: Sunday 1st September 2024

     

    You will be notified (by email) as to whether or not your application has been successful in mid November.

  • Please note: CPA Associates must have their own Public Liability insurance; this can be purchased from the CPA for just £25. If you are selected to exhibit, you will need to show written proof of this.

  • Selection is based on quality of work alone and you will need to upload 3 good-quality images of recent work. Image size should be at least 1200px on the longest edge, in JPEG or PNG format.

    Please name your images with your name and a number -
    eg smithjohn1.jpg, smithjohn2.jpg, smithjohn3.jpg.

    Please make sure that your images show your work clearly as the Selection Panel may not be familiar with your work.

    Please give a short description of the work in each image - size, method, glaze - as well as an indication of the price you would sell it at in the boxes below.

    If you are selected to exhibit, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit.

    If you are selected and need to cancel your place, we have a sliding scale for refunds. You will receive this info if you are selected.
