Cancellation policy Customers who have completed registration for the 98th EUROCONSTRUCT-Conference may cancel their booking:
- in writing to euroconstruct98@cresme.it not later than 30 days before the event (until 3rd November 2024) and will receive a 50% refund of the conference fee.
- Cancellations received after this date will be charged the full conference fee.
If you are unable to participate on the conference day due to unforeseen circumstances, you are welcome to name a substitute. Please inform us in advance of any changes.

Information according to FAGG (Distance and Offshore Business Act) As a consumer, you have the right to cancel and return your order for any reason and without a justification, within 14 days of receiving the purchase. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us using a clear statement (for example by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of withdrawal before the expiry of the cancellation period. Clients have the option of submitting complaints to the EU's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr. You can also submit your complaint directly to us at euroconstruct98@cresme.it. The data collected will be deleted as soon as we have finished organising the event and documenting it, or as soon as we have fulfilled our legal obligations to keep the records.
