The Real Estate Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit development company, in partnership with Florida Housing Coalition provides up to $25k in down-payment assistance for low-income buyers to purchase new construction homes.
THE PROCESS:

2) The Real Estate Foundation will confirm your application

3) Send documents to therealestatefoundation@gmail.com

4) Recieve confirmation of Funds are reserved up to 6 months for the borrower

5) Recieve final approval funds

**Funds can be reserved as soon as construction commences**

HOME BUYER REQUIREMENTS

- Income must be less than 80% AMI

- Occupy unit as a principal residence

- Provide downpayment of at least $500.

-Complete a Pre-Purchase Home Buyer Course

PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS

-New Construction

-Located in Florida

-Green Building Certification (EnergyStar, Florida Green Building, National Green Building Standards, or Leadership in Energy and Environment
DOWN PAYMENT STIPULATIONS

This down-payment is executed in the form of a forgivable purchase-mortgage note. As long as the home remains buyer's principal residence, No payments are due and the mortgage is forgiven.
