By signing this contract I,    First Name*    Last Name* , commit myself to a period of 4 months of voluntary blackmail. During this time I commit to obey Goddess Laycee at all times. I swear to carry out all commands and assignments with the exceptions of any hard limits, or anything that may put my life in danger or cause me permanent physical or mental harm. During this time my life belongs to Goddess Laycee; it is not my own.

By signing this contract I also submit to any monetary or financial demands Goddess may make of me and I swear to fulfill any and all demands she makes of me in this regard.

If I back out on any part of this contract, fail at paying back any debts, or fail at any task, Goddess has my permission to contact my partner/boss/family, and reveal all the details (including but not limited to photos and videos) Goddess has acquired throughout the duration that this contract is in effect.

This contract will last for no more than four calender months. It will start on  the date listed above and finish on four months exactly from that date. 

If at any time I wish to be released from this blackmail contract, I fully understand that there will be a "Release Me" fee of between $600 and $1,000 USD depending on my income. This fee will be discussed at the start of our relationship.

Payment will be made in any way deemed appropriate by Goddess including but not limited to Cashapp, PayPal, and wishlists.

All transactions will be recorded by Goddess Laycee, and may be recorded by the submissive, for the protection of both parties.

Unless given written permission by Goddess Laycee, I do not have permission to send or submit to any other dommes.

By filling in this form in its entirety you agree to be blackmailed by Goddess Laycee.

I do hereby swear that I sign this willingly and under no undue stress, pressure, or threat of any kind.
