The above named student has permission to attend all field trips authorized by the Roanoke Adventist Christian School Board during the 2024-2025 school year.
I understand that I will be notified of such trips in writing and that I may need to pay entrance fees and/or transportation fees. All transportation arrangements will be pre-approved by the Roanoke Adventist Christian School Board.
