Automatic Payment Enrollment:
All members must set up automatic monthly payments to cover tuition fees. This ensures timely processing and avoids late fees.
Payment Schedule:
Payments will be automatically deducted on the first of each month for the upcoming month's tuition.
Payment Methods:
Acceptable payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Please provide your payment information on the enrollment form.
Updates and Changes:
Members must notify the office immediately of any changes to their payment information or if they wish to cancel or alter their automatic payment setup.
Fees and Charges:
A late fee will be applied if payment fails due to insufficient funds or incorrect payment details.
Termination of Enrollment:
If a member decides to withdraw from the program, written notice must be provided at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

Refund Policies
Please note the following refund policies:
• Tuition and Enrollment Fees: There are no refunds for tuition or enrollment fees.
• Prorates for Missed Days: There are no prorates for missed days.
• Costume and Concert Fees: There are no refunds for costume or concert fees.
Costume Fees:
• Students must complete the entire dance year to pay off their costume fees.
• If a student discontinues classes mid-season, they will not receive a costume.
By adhering to these policies, we ensure the smooth operation of our programs and maintain fairness for all participants.
Late Tuition Policy:
Due Date: Tuition is due on the 15th of every month.
Late Fee: A $30 late fee will be added if tuition is not paid within 3 business days after the due date.
Class Participation: Students who are one month behind on tuition will not be allowed to participate in class.
Account Delinquency: If the account is not paid within 2 months, the student will be dropped from the class. There is no guarantee they will be able to re-enroll in their class.
Attendance and Class:
If a student misses an excessive number of classes, this could affect their eligibility to perform in a SPA concert. To ensure safety, doors will lock 15 minutes after class starts. There will be no food, drinks, or snacks in the dance room besides water or sports drinks. Salted Performing Arts requires that all dancers wear the appropriate uniform for specific classes. Please mark your dancer’s name on all their belongings to prevent mix-ups. To keep students safe, Students may not wear jewelry in class. Salted Performing Arts is not liable for missing, damaged, or stolen items.
Dress Code and Uniform Policy:
To ensure safety, build tribe/team spirit through uniformity, accountability, and support, students are required to be in uniform for each class. The following guidelines outline the uniform requirements for different classes:
Ballet:
• Ligh Blue Leotard
• Skin-tone tights
• Ballet split-sole shoes
• Students 12 and up may wear a black mesh ballet skirt that is no longer than mid- thigh (optional)
Jazz/HipHop:
• Light Blue Leotard
• Black leggings or Blacks shorts
• Black jazz shoes
• Tennis shoes
Uniform:
• Skin-tone tights must be worn with all uniforms unless wearing shorts or leggings.
• Hair must be pulled out of the face and secured in a bun for ballet classes, and in a low ponytail or bun for jazz classes.
• Nails must be clean and trimmed short to the fingertip for safety.
• No jewelry is allowed in class to ensure student safety.
• Students should maintain good hygiene out of respect for themselves, their instructors, and their fellow students.
Late Pick Up:
After a 5-minute grace period, members who are late picking up their students will be charged $15 every 15 minutes that they are late.
Cellphones and Social Media:
Students are not allowed to have cell phones out while in the building. Cell phones must be turned off and kept in the student’s bag. If a student does not have a bag, their cell phone must be turned off and placed in the cell phone bucket until dismal.
While Salted Performing Arts encourages and makes space for friendships between students, Salted Performing Arts is not responsible nor liable for events between students and anyone else on any social media platform. Students and their families should conduct themselves in a Christ-like manner and kindly.
Chargeback Policy:
Salted Performing Arts treats its customers with the utmost respect and care. However, if a financial dispute arises and a client files a chargeback fee. Salted Performing Arts can challenge the chargeback fee filed against them. Clients who file a chargeback dispute will be immediately released from Salted Performing Arts and barred from returning to the organization.
Illness/Injured Child Policy
For the protection of all students, staff, and their families, please do not bring your student to dance if you observe any of the following symptoms:● Nasal discharge that is green or yellow● Complaints of ear pain ● Consistent cough ● Severe sore throat ● Eyes that are pink, burning, itching, or producing discharge● Diarrhea or vomiting ● Dancers must be symptom-free for at least 24 hrs following fever, vomiting, or diarrhea before returning to class. Please inform the studio if your child will be absent.
Admissions
Salted Performing Arts reserves the right to refuse service, admission, and/or expel any individual. All schedules are subject to change based on enrollment and staff availability. A Salted Performing Arts representative will contact those involved in canceling, rescheduling, or combining of any class.
Class Watching
To ensure the safety and privacy of students and staff, parents and family members are not permitted to sit in and observe dance classes. This policy helps maintain a focused learning environment and ensures the well-being of all participants.
Concert Requirements:
All students are required to participate in our studio concerts, held twice a year in the summer and winter. Participation in these concerts is essential for the full dance experience and growth.
• Costumes and Dress Code: Students must wear the designated costumes and adhere to the studio dress code for each concert.
• Hair: All performers must have natural-colored hair during rehearsals and concerts.
• Punctuality: Students must arrive on time for all concert-related events, including rehearsals and performances.
• Fees: The concert fee and costume costs are included in the monthly tuition. No additional payments are required.
By participating in these concerts, students will showcase their hard work and dedication while celebrating their progress with family and friends.
Communication Contact with Staff/ Administration
Our Staff and Administration provide its members with the best instruction and care. Please refrain from discussing topics between classes with the staff to ensure instructors and members are not interpreted in class or between classes.
