It is illegal to scan, copy, print, or reproduce these images without the permission of SDS Modeling Co and the photographers. Violators of this law will face civil and criminal penalties. A limited print release is provided with the purchase of my session, along with high-resolution digital files. This limited print release does not permit publication through chain labs (such as Shutterfly, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, Snapfish, etc.), selling, screenshots, or altering the images in any way. Print release allows downloading, saving to a hard drive, posting on personal websites/blogs/social media with photographer acknowledgment, and printing from authorized printers for photos approved by SDS Modeling Co. SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: * This field is required.I understand that my session is not confirmed until the retainer is paid. Weather cancellations will be made at the photographers discretions. Tardiness of my session will not delay my session. My session will remain within the scheduled time frame. SDS Understands that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel.
