  • WHO WE ARE

  • We are a fun, successful group of tax and accounting professionals who love what we do! A husband/wife team started the firm, both wanting to move away from the stresses and grueling hours of public accounting and corporate life. This new lifestyle supported them as they started their family. They created a culture that supports the same freedoms for their team.

Our practice serves small-midsized businesses, startup companies, and key individuals of those companies. We also have some legacy individual clients (tech, HNW, etc.). We offer tax, accounting, and advisory services to our clients. We care deeply about relationships, knowing that has led to our success.

Our team enjoys our work environment, as we are anything but a traditional accounting firm. We value work/life balance and work hard to take care of our physical and mental states of health. We maintain an office in San Jose, CA, but most of our team is remote. Our diverse team includes human parents, dog parents, hikers, yogis, mountain bikers, readers, coffee/tea lovers, avid board game players, and all-around nice people.
