Resilient Maryland AOI 3 Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) Portal

Welcome! The Resilient Maryland Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) Portal is provided by the Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) to recipients of MEA Resilient Maryland Grant Program, Area of Interest 3: Resiliency Hubs awards. Please use this online portal to submit each QPR throughout the life of the Resilient Maryland project, including through any extension periods that are authorized by MEA. Please provide all requested information.
