  • Auto-Billing & No Termination

    1. Authorization for Auto-Billing: You authorize Rocket Doctor to automatically charge the provided credit card for the payment of all applicable charges related to the above mentioned plan, as outlined in section 2 below.


    2.Initial Term Charges: You acknowledge and agree that you are subscribing to an initial 3-month plan (the “Initial Term”), to be charged, depending on the option that you have selected, at either $90.00 per month or $243.00 up front.


    3. Renewal Charges: After the Initial Term, unless you have provided 30 days’ prior notice, you will continue to be automatically charged on a monthly basis until you cancel your plan, at a rate of $90 per month. You may give Rocket Doctor 30-days notice to cancel at any time following the end of the Initial Term.


    4. Update of Credit Card Information: You shall promptly notify Rocket Doctor of any changes to the credit card information provided for auto-billing purposes. Failure to do so may result in failed transactions and additional charges.


    5. Refunds and Termination of Auto-Billing Authorization: There are no refunds or credits for early termination. Furthermore, the subscription cannot be paused, suspended or frozen to be resumed later. This auto-billing authorization will remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate this authorization by providing the payment to Rocket Doctor of an amount equal to all remaining outstanding monthly payments.


    6. Failed or Late Payments:


    a. Notification of Failed Payment: If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, an expired credit card, or any other reason, Rocket Doctor will notify you via email. You must rectify the issue within 7 days of the failed transaction by updating your payment information or providing an alternative payment method.


    b. Late Fees: If payment is not received within this period, a late fee of $15 may be applied to your account. This fee will be added to the outstanding balance and charged with the next billing cycle.


    c. Service Suspension: If payment is not received, Rocket Doctor reserves the right to suspend your access to services until the account is brought up to date. During this suspension, your obligations under the contract, including payment, remain in effect.


    d. Termination for Non-Payment: If your account remains unpaid for 30 days following a failed payment, Rocket Doctor may terminate your subscription and seek to recover any outstanding amounts, including through third-party collection agencies. You will remain liable for the full amount due under the contract, including any applicable fees and charges.
