Which position are you applying for?
Team Associate ($10.00-$10.50 per hour. Must have 6 months to 1 year experience in a Bake Shop, Bakery, or food industry. Must be able to work Weekends and Open/Close the store). Must be at least 18 years old due to the baking equipment being used and store opening and closing policies. Prepping of cookies, cupcakes and cakes to keep stocked. Assist with baking production and order taking.
AM Baker Associate ($14.00-$15.50 per hour. Start Time is 8 am to 2 pm Wednesday thru Sunday. Must have real commercial baking experience making baked goods from scratch at a Bakery or Cookie Shop, or a Big Box Store (Sam's, Costco, Shoprite etc..), to qualify for this position. Note: Home bakers, Culinary Students, and Cottage Food License do not qualify. Must be at least 18 years of age due to equipment use. Must be able to come in AM and work independently. This position is located in Oxford Valley Mall). Must be reliable and make it to work regardless of weather or any other issues.
