EU Travelpro® luggage, soft bags, backpacks and accessories must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging, original labels (without damage or tear), user instructions, guarantee leaflet, original hangtags and wrappings. Any EU Travelpro® return products that are not in a “New” and re-sellable condition, will not be accepted as a return and refund will not be issued.
