  • Recommendations for the redevelopment of Oak Hill park include some minor layout modifications for an improved recreational experience to be complementary to Jubilee Park. 

    Recommendations include: 

    • New playground equipment
    • ADA compliant playground surfacing 
    • New seating and picnic areas
    • Site furnishings such as benches, tables, bike racks, etc. with common characteristics 
    • New ornamental or black vinyl clad chain link fencing
    • Wayfinding signs and a security light
