National Garden Clubs, Inc. is a proud supporter of the USDA Forest Service and the Plant-A-Tree Reforestation and Forest Education program.

These donations are used by the USDA Forest Service to plant trees in US National Forests. You may choose to have your donation go where it's most needed or you may select a National Forest; however, the Forest Service reserves the right to utilize funds based on need. If you choose a forest where no tree planting is needed, funds may be used for planting on another forest. Donations must be a minimum of $50.00 and a max of $10,000.00 per donation.

Mailed Certificates

As of MAY 31st, 2025, NGC will no longer be providing mailed certificates and will be completely moving to a digital alternative. Email addresses will be required with each donation so that NGC can send tax receipts via email as well as the instructions for creating digital certificates. These digital certificates will be customizable and printable. NGC believes this will not only be better for the environment, but also will allow donors to get their donations processed faster. In the meantime, NGC will still fulfill physical certificate requests; however, donors are encouraged to “Go Green” and utilize the new paperless method.
