Exhibit Space Application & Contract
This agreement will serve as both your application and contract, which outlines the terms and conditions of your participation in the Canada Women's Expo taking place at TRADEX in Abbotsford on October 18, 19 & 20, 2024.
Application Process
- Expo Management will make booth placement designations in keeping with the exhibitor's preferences. If one of their preferred choices isn't available, we will assign the next best option based on availability and suitability.
- An invoice will be sent to the email address you provide, which also serves as confirmation of your participation.
- Your invoice will include the contracted price for your requested exhibit space.
- Full payment is due upon receipt.
Show Policies
- Expo Management reserves the right to make any changes to the floor plan at its discretion.
- Please note that booth space will not be designated, confirmed, or held for more than 5 business days – or a term pre-arranged with Expo Management – without a booth deposit or booth payment based on the payment schedule below.
- The Exhibitor will be notified when the Exhibitor Manual is online to aid in planning for the show.
- 5 exhibitor staff badges are included per 10’ x 10’ booth. 3 staff badges are included per 5’ x 10’ booth.
- The Exhibitor’s booking contains a mandatory Online Exhibitor Listing of $109. This includes a full profile on our website including company name, logo, booth number, product images, company description, map, social media links, reviews, and contact form.
- Each booth comes with a standard 8’ high back drape and 3’ high side drape. The side drape is not installed on corner booths.
- The Exhibitor is required to provide floor carpet or floor covering to completely cover their own booth space. This can be carpet, rug, interlocking foam tiles, vinyl, etc. You are welcome to bring your own from home or rent it from Goodkey Show Services.
- Tables, chairs, carpeting, electrical, plumbing, furnishings, or other utility services are not included with booth space. These can be ordered separately from our official show suppliers when the Exhibitor Manual is online.
- Exhibitors who sample food or beverage products which require handling, cooking and / or preparation or who provide personal services (e.g., nails, electrolysis, laser hair removal, etc.) must meet all local health authority regulations.
Food & Beverage Exhibitors
- All food and beverage exhibitors are able to sell pre-packaged food for off-site and take-home consumption.
- All food and beverage exhibitors are able to sample food at the event, based on Fraser Health approval.
- Food and beverage exhibitors are not permitted to sell food at the event for on-site consumption.
- Food trucks are not permitted at the event.
- Liquor exhibitors are not permitted at the event.
