Begin your healing journey with Helix Massage & Wellness. Helix Massage is now located inside Element Salon & Spa in Central City, KY. Massage rates start at $50/30 minutes, $85/60 minutes and $125/90 minutes (plus the required 6% KY sales tax). Payment methods accepted are cash/check (preferred) or credit/debit card. I offer relaxation based massage to help decrease stress and promote nervous system regulation as well as restorative deep tissue massage to address pain and mobility issues, cupping included at no extra charge when indicated. I also offer a Depression & Anxiety protocol that uses reflexology and acupressure to improve wellbeing for individuals dealing with those conditions. Appointments are now available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and one Saturday per month. First appointment of the day is at 10 am on a weekday and 7:45 am on Saturday, last appointment of the day (depending on the day) is typically 4 or 4:30 pm. Please list below if you have a preference of day (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays) or timeframe you would like to request.

Gift certificates issued in 2022/2023 by Helix Massage expired June 30, 2025. The expiration dates were extended to accommodate the temporary closure of Helix Massage and allowed ample time for gift certificates to be redeemed. Gift certificates purchased after August 1, 2024 expire 12 months from date of purchase. Clients must disclose they are redeeming a gift certificate when requesting an appointment and they must be presented at the time of the appointment. Helix Massage is not responsible for lost/misplaced gift certificates. Refunds will not be issued for any reason, but gift certificates can be transferred to another individual. Cancellation policies must be followed even when using a gift certificate. Any fees incurred due to late cancellations will be deducted from the gift certificate amount. No-Shows will result in the gift certificate being forfeited. (Full disclosure of all policies will be sent after your first appointment is scheduled.) Element Salon & Spa gift certificates are also accepted. Element Salon & Spa gift certificates are subject to both Element Salon & Spa policies as well as Helix Massage policies.
