#25 Celebration of Life Team Registration

Register your team for the upcoming kickball tournament! Please fill out the form to complete the registration process.
$250 per team. Due by 8/15. Registration ends 8/15 at 9PM.

Minimum of 10 players (4 must be females/kids) Ages 10 and up.
