Opal Beauty Rituals Policy on Cancellations and No-Shows

I appreciate your business and understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Cancelling in fewer than 48 hours will be charged a rebooking fee of no less than 50% of the scheduled service.

A failure to show up to a scheduled appointment will result in a rebooking fee of 100% of the missed appointment.

These fees are to be paid immediately upon the date of the incurrence, and failure to do so will result in a permanent ban to any and all future scheduling and appointments until paid in full.

I will allow for one late cancellation (less than 48 hours) per client, per year, no question asked. Illness and emergencies happen to everyone! 

To avoid favoritism, there will be no exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.
