PURPOSE: The following is an agreement between the client and the coaches, Ruthanna Sonntag and guest experts. This relationship is a professional partnership in which all parties work together to help the client achieve desired outcomes in his/her business.
COMMITMENT: Coaching is a commitment. The best results happen as a result of consistency and follow-through. Therefore, all appointments are the responsibility of the client to attend. As a coaches, Ruthanna Sonntag and guest experts are committed to operating in a professional manner and maintaining the ethics and standards set by the International Coach Federation, the Board Certified Coach, and Covenant Coach Academy.
CONFIDENTIALITY: In this coaching container, information will not be confidential. Participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity and a high standard of character. What is shared in the group will remain in the group. Taking others Intellectual Property is strictly prohibted. Refusing to abide by this policy will mean immediate termination from the group. Select content from our calls may be repurposed for marketing or teaching purposes.
LIABILITY: The coaches are not liable for any perceived damages that occur during the extent of the professional relationship. The client is 100% responsible for his/her well-being and success. The coaches do not also assume any responsibility for results and does not guarantee success. Full payment is made whether clients take advantage of all sessions or not. All sales final. No refunds.
