    • Individual Members (Students) are individuals with a specific interest in transfer pricing in Luxembourg.

      1.     Requirements:

      A.    Personal Background:

          •   Name, Last name

          •   Email

          •   Phone number

          •   Current university or business school: University or business school name, address, indication of whether current University or business school is an Institutional member of LTPA.

              Confirmation of GDPR agreement

      B.     Educational Background:

           •   Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field to transfer pricing.

      C.    Relevant documents

          •  By applying for membership with LTPA, the applicant agrees to attach the following document:

      By applying for membership with LTPA, the applicant agrees to the following GDPR and privacy requirements:

             Use and disclosure of personal information: The applicant consents to the use and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with the LTPA Privacy Policy. 

          •  Disclosure of membership status: The applicant consents to the disclosure to third parties of their current or former status as a Member of LTPA. 

          •   Disclosure to regulatory bodies: The applicant consents to the disclosure of details of any final adverse determinations, including sanctions, related to their professional and/or ethical conduct to regulators, law enforcement bodies, professional associations, and government or statutory bodies. This includes determinations made by the Disciplinary Tribunals or Appeal Tribunals (or their predecessor bodies, as they may be reconstituted or renamed from time to time). 

           •   Promotional and marketing consent: The applicant consents to the use and disclosure of information, photographs, and videos taken during events on LTPA’s social media channels, website, or any other marketing channels for promotional and marketing purposes of the activities of LTPA. Alternatively, the applicant does not consent to the use and disclosure of information, photographs, and videos taken during events on LTPA’s social media channels, website, or any other marketing channels for promotional and marketing purposes of the activities of LTPA.

      E.     Applicant declarations and commitments:  

           •  Accuracy of information: The applicant declares that the information provided in this application is true and correct.

           •  Provision of additional information: The applicant acknowledges that further evidence and information related to this application may be required by LTPA.

              Acceptance of decision: The applicant agrees to be bound by the decision of the LTPA regarding the acceptance or rejection of their application.

          •   Commitment to professional Development: If the application is accepted, the applicant commits to engaging in continuous professional development as prescribed and published by LTPA.

          •   Active participation: The applicant commits to actively participating in the Consultation Channel as prepared and published by LTPA.

          •   No criminal record: The applicant declares that they have never engaged in any criminal activities and do not possess any criminal records.

          •   Compliance with LTPA Statutes: The applicant declares that they have read the Statutes of LTPA and will abide by the rules set out in the Statutes of LTPA.

           •  Acceptance of Membership Fees: If the application is accepted, the applicant agrees to pay the annual membership fee corresponding to their membership category as detailed in the section “Membership fee”.

      2.        Membership fee:

      Regular membership fees of 50 EUR apply for each membership period are payable at the time of your initial registration or before the start of each membership period for subsequent years.

      All memberships subsequently renew over subsequent membership period at the prevailing regular membership fees at set out be LTPA and are payable before the start of each subsequent membership period.

      The payment of the membership can be performed by using a credit card.

      3.     Benefits:

  • This form is to be completed for becoming an Individual Member of the Luxembourg Transfer Pricing Association (“LTPA”).

    Please complete all sections of this application and submit it with the relevant supporting documentation.

    Application Process:

    Upon submitting your membership application, the board of directors or the Executive Committee will review it. Decisions are made during a meeting with at least half of the members present, requiring a simple majority for approval. In case of a tie, the President casts the deciding vote. You will be notified in writing of the acceptance or refusal of your membership application.

It is likely that your personal information will be disclosed to other recipients (as provided in our Privacy Policy).
