Entry fees are:
£10 per adult, with free adult Santa suit
£5 for children 5 to 14 years, with free child Santa suit
Children under 5 - free (no Santa suit)

Declaration:

I am submitting this form on behalf of myself and those included above.  I declare that I and those who will take part with me:

• will not take part in the event unless I am/they are free of symptoms  of contgious diseases (including Covid 19) and not required to isolate at the time;
• are medically fit and enter at my/our own risk;
• will not participate in the run on Sunday 6th December 2026 unless I/we are fit enough to complete the course;
• take part in the event at my/our own risk;
• acknowledge that the organisers and/or sponsors will not be held responsible for any injury or illness caused to me/us during or as a result of the event nor for any property lost during the event;
• give my/our permission for free use of my/our voice or picture in any broadcast, advertising promotion or other accounts of Rotary events.

I consent that The Rotary Club of Melton Mowbray may retain this information for use use in connection with this and future Rotary Santa Fun Run events.
