Individual Members are Individual professionals who work in or have experience in transfer pricing or Individuals with a specific interest in transfer pricing in Luxembourg.

B. Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, law, or related field.
C. Professional Experience:
• Minimum 1year of experience in transfer pricing, international taxation or related matters.
• Confirmation of currently involvement in transfer pricing: YES or NO.

By applying for membership with LTPA, the applicant agrees to the following GDPR and privacy requirements:
• Use and disclosure of personal information: The applicant consents to the use and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with the LTPA Privacy Policy.
• Disclosure of membership status: The applicant consents to the disclosure to third parties of their current or former status as a Member of LTPA.
• Disclosure to regulatory bodies: The applicant consents to the disclosure of details of any final adverse determinations, including sanctions, related to their professional and/or ethical conduct to regulators, law enforcement bodies, professional associations, and government or statutory bodies. This includes determinations made by the Disciplinary Tribunals or Appeal Tribunals (or their predecessor bodies, as they may be reconstituted or renamed from time to time).
• Promotional and marketing consent: The applicant consents to the use and disclosure of information, photographs, and videos taken during events on LTPA’s social media channels, website, or any other marketing channels for promotional and marketing purposes of the activities of LTPA. Alternatively, the applicant does not consent to the use and disclosure of information, photographs, and videos taken during events on LTPA’s social media channels, website, or any other marketing channels for promotional and marketing purposes of the activities of LTPA.
• Publication of member details: The applicant consents to their details, as provided to LTPA, and any changes to those details, being published by LTPA (including on a website) for the purposes of identifying them as a Member of LTPA.
F. Applicant declarations and commitments:
• Accuracy of information: The applicant declares that the information provided in this application is true and correct.
Provision of additional information: The applicant acknowledges that further evidence and information related to this application may be required by LTPA.
• Acceptance of decision: The applicant agrees to be bound by the decision of the LTPA regarding the acceptance or rejection of their application.
• Commitment to professional Development: If the application is accepted, the applicant commits to engaging in continuous professional development as prescribed and published by LTPA.
• Active participation: The applicant commits to actively participating in the Consultation Channel as prepared and published by LTPA.
• No criminal record: The applicant declares that they have never engaged in any criminal activities and do not possess any criminal records.
• Compliance with LTPA Statutes: The applicant declares that they have read the Statutes of LTPA and will abide by the rules set out in the Statutes of LTPA.
• Acceptance of Membership Fees: If the application is accepted, the applicant agrees to pay the annual membership fee corresponding to their membership category as detailed in the section “Membership fee”.
G. Industry relevance:
Luxembourgish / International corporate, financial entities, organizations and institutions
• Professionals meeting the requirements from section A to F and working for corporate, financial entities, organizations and institutions with a specific interest in transfer pricing in Luxembourg are eligible. Each application will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine their specific interest in and commitment to transfer pricing in Luxembourg. This assessment ensures that the entities align with the objectives of the association.
o Corporate and Financial Entities include Multinational Enterprises (MNEs), Corporate entities, Investment Funds, Banks, insurance Companies, Family offices, Asset management, Alternative Investment Fund Manager and Investment vehicles
o Organizations and institutions include educational institutions, research organizations, governmental agencies, non-profit organizations, industry associations, and regulatory bodies
• Luxembourgish professional service providers
• Professionals meeting the requirements from section A to F and working for transfer pricing, tax, law, consulting, advisory, accounting, audit, valuation and trust firms with a legal structure, physical office, local employees, active management and operational activities in Luxembourg are eligible. Each application will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine their specific interest in and commitment to transfer pricing in Luxembourg. This assessment ensures that the entities align with the objectives of the association.
• Luxembourgish non-executive/independent directorship service providers
• Professionals meeting the requirements from section A to F and working as non-executive or independent director for Luxembourgish / International Corporate and Financial Entities are eligible. Each application will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine their specific interest in and commitment to transfer pricing in Luxembourg. This assessment ensures that the entities align with the objectives of the association.
2. Membership fee:
Annual membership fees of 300 EUR apply for each membership period. These fees are payable at the time of your initial registration or before the start of each subsequent membership period. Payments can be made via bank transfer.
Should you be an employee of a Corporate Member of LTPA, you are eligible for the following discounts on your individual membership:
• Individual Basis:
Enjoy a 15% discount on individual memberships and select training programs.
Important Notes: During the application form process, simply inform us that your company is a corporate member of LTPA, and the discount will be applied immediately.
• Volume-Based Discounts:
When you apply together with other colleagues, you can benefit from the volume-based discount scheme. Below are the benefits according to the number of employees applying:
✔ For 3 to 10 Employees: Receive a 25% discount on individual memberships and select training programs.
✔ For 11 or More Employees: Benefit from a 35% discount on individual memberships and select training programs.
Important Notes:
✔ A representative from your company should send an email to contact@ltpa.lu, listing the names of the employees to be included in the volume-based discount benefit.
✔ Each employee must complete the application form individually.
✔ Once identified, the discount will be applied accordingly.
