Misty Eyes Animal Center is a non-profit, foster-based dog and cat rescue. We are not a shelter and can only accept additional animals if we have foster home space available. We cannot give immediate answers, since we must review our foster home status to see if an appropriate foster home has space available.

It is important that all questions be answered to the best of your knowledge. Incomplete requests will not be processed. Please be aware that we attempt to respond to surrender requests as quickly as possible, but due to the high volume of surrender requests we receive, it may take a week or more to process your request. (Be sure to check your spam folder, though, to see if our response may have been flagged as spam.)
