EXCELLENT: Job-related behaviors have exceeded position requirements. Employees with this rating demonstrate high quality performance achieved on a consistent basis.
EXCEPTIONAL: Job-related behaviors consistently exceed expectations in all areas of this duty or responsibility. Employees with this rating have demonstrated exceptional performance in all areas and the ability to achieve results or make
contributions significantly above what would be expected of most employees performing similar duties and responsibilities.
