I understand my withdrawal is not official until this form is submitted in accordance with the institutional withdrawal policy and that I will be formally noticed once the withdrawal is official.
I understand I am responsible for tuition and fees in accordance with the following refund policy:
Course Refund Policy:
Refunds for courses are only given under the following circumstances:
- A full refund if a student withdraws before the first day of class or the school cancels the class, and;
- A seventy five percent (75%) refund (minus a non-refundable $575 registration fee). If the student withdraws or is caused to withdraw by the school on or before completing twenty-five percent (25%) of the period of enrollment for which the student was charged.
A formal refund request must be emailed to registrar@protrain.edu.
Withdraw Policy
Students are entitled to a full refund, including the $575 registration fee, if they withdraw before the first day of class or if the school cancels the class.
If a student withdraws (or is withdrawn by the school) after the class begins but before completing 25% of the enrollment period, they will receive a 75% refund, and the non-refundable $575 registration fee will be deducted from that amount.
