It's time for the 4th Annual SOUTHLAND BLUEGRASS MUSIC FESTIVAL to be held on Sunday April 6, 2025 at the Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee grounds.
• Admission to these music and special themed festivals will be FREE!
• Marketing Campaign by the Seminole Casino Immokalee means huge exposure
• Did we say the admission to these festival events are FREE to the general public!!
• We only have a limited number of Food Concession Spots available
• All vendors submissions are subject to approval by our festival committee.
• All applicants will be notified of approval status within 30 days of application submission.

FLAT FEE - NO ADDITIONAL % DUE! All Food & Beverage Concession Vendors are required to pay a fee of $300.00 for each concession vendor booth.. Upon approval of your vendor spot we will send you an invoice and you will be required to promptly submit a $300 payment to hold your selling space. NOTE: This is the full complete price to you for your food concession vendor space.*

Rules & Conditions

Food & Beverage Concession Vendor understands that it is necessary to submit a $300 payment to hold a booth space for each festival event. The deposit is also the full price and full payment will insure the festival event organizers of your intent to participate. Upon your acceptance as a Food & Beverage Concession Vendor, you will be notified as to how to send in your payment. This payment must be sent within 10 days of your acceptance notification in order for festival to hold your spot. It is understood that this payment is not refundable. Vendor agrees if Vendor should decide to tear down its vendor space before the event concludes, vendor may not be invited to any future events that this producer puts on.*

Vendor Must Submit A Valid Certificate Of Insurance within 30 Day Before Festival After Acceptance. This Certificate must include product liability as well as all other standard food concession coverages. You must also have listed as additional insured: Seminole Tribe of Florida DBA Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee - and- Gold Special Events inc DBA Gold Entertainment*

IMPORTANT! - No electricity or water on site! Vendor must provide an electrical power generator for self-operation- Vendor must also have it's own self-contained water source. Remember you must pass the local health department inspection.*
