2025 IFMA Next Gen Execs Nominations

Eligibility
- Nominations and acceptance into IFMA’s Next Gen Execs program are eligible for the following member types:
  - Manufacturer Members: Tier II & Tier III
  - Service Provider Members: Tier III
  - Supply Chain Members: Tier II
  - Foodservice Leadership Council Operator Members
Submissions
- Nominations should be submitted by supervisors for high-performing, high-potential members of their team at a leadership level and/or on a leadership track
- Nominations should not be submitted from external partners
- Companies may only nominate up to 3 individuals for any given cohort
Selection

Due to increased interest and a desire to keep the group intimate and effective, not all nominees may be accepted in the cohort

Participation

If accepted, Next Gen Exec cohort participants are expected to:
- Attend IFMA Presidents Conference (Nov 3-6, 2024)
- Attend quarterly meetings (online)
- Commit sufficient time to actively participate in the majority of Next Gen Exec initiatives
- Participate in small group discussions with cohort members (online)
- Engage with IFMA programs and events throughout the year
