After losing over 112 pounds myself over 10 years ago, I turned my passion for health and fitness into a career, becoming an ISSA Certified Elite Trainer, Menβs Physique competitor, and Online Coach. Before fitness, I earned my Culinary Arts degree and worked in the culinary industry for 10+ years, giving me a unique perspective on nutrition, sustainability, and body composition.
The PhillipsPhitness Competition Prep Coaching Program is designed for competitors who are serious about bringing their absolute best package to the stage. Whether youβre preparing for your very first show or youβre a seasoned competitor looking to take your physique to the next level, this program provides the structure, accountability, education, and individualized coaching needed to maximize your potential.

WHATβS INCLUDED WITH COMPETITION PREP COACHING:
β Weekly Progress Check-Ins
Submit weekly check-ins including progress photos, body weight, measurements (when applicable), and detailed feedback regarding training, nutrition, recovery, digestion, stress, energy levels, and overall adherence. All check-ins receive individualized coach feedback and adjustments when necessary.
β Customized Nutrition Coaching
Receive precision-based macronutrient targets, meal structure recommendations, hydration protocols, and strategic nutritional adjustments throughout your prep. Every adjustment is designed with your specific division, timeline, and physique goals in mind.
β Expert Training Programming
Receive customized training programs designed to maximize muscle retention, muscle growth, symmetry, conditioning, and overall stage presentation. Programs include exercise selection, progression strategies, training volume recommendations, and cardio protocols.
β Cardio & Conditioning Protocols
Individualized cardio recommendations designed to support fat loss while maximizing recovery and preserving muscle tissue throughout prep.
β Peak Week & Show Day Guidance
The final days leading into a competition can be some of the most important and stressful of the entire prep process. Receive individualized peak week recommendations designed to help you present your best physique possible on stage. Guidance may include adjustments to nutrition, hydration, sodium, training, cardio, and recovery strategies based on your individual response and progress.
In addition, youβll receive support with show-day planning and preparation, including recommendations for competitor essentials, backstage nutrition, timing strategies, tanning considerations, athlete check-ins, and overall stage-day execution. The goal is to remove as much guesswork as possible so you can focus on bringing your best package to the stage.
β Posing Guidance & Referrals
Posing is a critical component of success on stage. Clients receive posing guidance and referrals to trusted posing coaches specializing in Menβs Physique, Classic Physique, Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Womenβs Physique, and other competitive divisions.
β Supplement & Vitamin Guidance
Receive personalized recommendations designed to support performance, recovery, health, and overall prep success.
β Mindset & Accountability Coaching
Competition prep is as much mental as it is physical. Develop the discipline, confidence, focus, and resilience necessary to navigate every phase of prep successfully.

Receive ongoing communication and support throughout your prep to ensure questions are answered and adjustments can be made when needed.

COACHING POLICIES:
β’ All sales are final.
β’ Coaching begins on the agreed-upon start date and continues for the selected coaching package and term.
β’ There are no pauses, breaks, or gaps in coaching. Non-participation is at the clientβs discretion and does not alter payment obligations through the agreed-upon coaching term.
β’ If a client chooses to terminate coaching before the completion of their selected coaching package, the client is responsible for 75% of the remaining balance owed under the original agreement.
β’ First payment is due prior to the start date of coaching. Future payments are due on the same date of each consecutive month thereafter.
β’ Results are directly related to client adherence, communication, consistency, and execution. PhillipsPhitness provides guidance, education, accountability, and support, but success ultimately depends on the effort and execution of the client.
