Ad Types:

·         Full Page Ad

 

·         Half Page Ad

Details:

·         Full Page Ad: A full page allows you to make a bold and impactful statement, perfect for businesses, families, or individuals wanting to leave a lasting impression.

·         Half Page Ad: A half page offers a more concise space to share your message or showcase your support, ideal for smaller businesses or personal tributes.

Submission Guidelines:

Trim: The final size of the printed page after all the excess edges are cut off. Ensure your main content fits within the trim dimensions to avoid any important elements being cut off.

Live Area: A safety margin inside the trim. All essential text and graphics should be kept within this area to ensure they are not trimmed off or too close to the edge.

Bleeds: Extend background colors or images beyond the trim size to the bleed area to ensure there are no white borders when the page is trimmed.

File Size and Formats: The maximum individual file size is 1GB. Acceptable file formats are JPG, PNG, or PDF.

Background: Design must have a background.  If the design has a transparent background, the background will appear black.

All ads must be submitted by October 5th to be included in the Souvenir Ad Book.
