4. Effective Date and Revisit Date:
This Agreement shall commence on __________________ and shall continue for a period of six (6) months (the "Term"). For convenience and to facilitate ongoing services, this contract will automatically renew for additional six-month increments unless either party provides written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the end of the current term. Both parties agree to fulfill their obligations for the duration of the Term, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
5. Use of Services:
The Tenant agrees to use the virtual office services provided by the Provider solely for legitimate business purposes. The Tenant shall not engage in any illegal or unethical activities using the virtual office addressor services. The Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information disclosed during thisAgreement and not to disclose it to any third party without the express written consent of the other Party,except as required by law.
6. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
7. Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party at least thirty(30) days before the intended termination date. In the event of termination, the Provider shall not refundany fees already paid by the Tenant. In the event of termination, the Client shall remain liable for anyoutstanding fees owed up until the effective date of termination.
8. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida,without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with thisAgreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the Stateof Florida.
