  • To confirm your booking, a 100% deposit is required at the end of your Meet & Greet visit.

    Please note: services are not confirmed until a signed contract and 100% deposit are received.

    A link to your invoice, which includes options for submitting the deposit via your preferred payment method, will be provided with this contract.

    Deposits must be paid no later than 24 hours before the first visit to avoid additional fees. If the deposit is received less than 24 hours prior to the first visit, a $10 last-minute booking fee will apply per visit.

    For recurring weekly services, a deposit equal to the cost of one full week of services is required upfront to confirm the first week's visits. All subsequent weeks will be billed in advance on Fridays for the following week.

  • A dedicated key shall be furnished to LFPC by Client at the end of the Meet & Greet visit or no later than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the start date of services.

    The key shall be retained by LFPC for the duration of the service period and shall be returned to Client within 1 business day following the completion of services upon termination of this contract.

    The key fob shall be used only for the service(s) outlined in this contract, shall not be copied, and shall be stored securely in a locked safe when not in use.

  • Cancellation Policy

  • Notice regarding any changes in LFPC's availability is to be provided to Client at least 24 hours in advance of the date of service or as soon as LFPC knows of the conflict, whichever is sooner.

    Any services that must be cancelled on the behalf of VLPC due to emergency, illness, etc. are fully refundable to Client. Refunds may be carried forward to a future date of service at the request of Client.

    Cancellations made by Client less than 24 hours before a scheduled service date are non-refundable and no refunds will be provided.

    Cancellations made by client less than 3 days (72 hours) before a scheduled service date are subject to a 50% fee, which will be auto-deducted from the refund.

    Cancellations by client less than 5 days before scheduled service date are subject to a 25% fee, which will be auto-deducted from the refund.

  • 1. Little Friend Pet Services agrees to provide pet care services in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of the services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives and releases Little Friend Pet Services from any and all claims against the company, except those arising from negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Little Friend Pet Services.

    2. Client agrees to notify Little Friend Pet Services of any concerns within 24 hours of completion of services.

    3. Client agrees to pay all charges accrued for services rendered. Client understands that payment is due 24 hours prior to the time of the commencement of services in order to avoid being charged additional fees.

    4. Client will incur a $25 charge for each returned check in addition to any and all bank fees attributed to the returned check.

    5. Little Friend Pet Services shall exercise all precautions against sickness, injury, escape, loss, accidents or death of Client's pet(s). Little Friend Pet Services is not responsible for sickness, injury, escape, loss accidents or death of Client's pet(s) unless caused through negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Little Friend Pet Services.

    6. Client represents and warrants that pet(s) are currently licensed and vaccinated in accordance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations and shall provide a copy of licensing, current vaccination records, and/or rabies tags upon request.

    7. Little Friend Pet Services will contact Vet using the info supplied under "Veterinary Contact Info" in the case a pet should become injured or sick.

    8. Client accepts responsibility for all medical expenses and other damages resulting from an injury to the Pet Sitter, other persons or other animal(s) caused by the Client's pet(s) or negligent act.

    9. Client agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Little Friend Pet Services in the event of a claim by any person injured or otherwise damaged by Client's pet(s) or negligent act.

    10. Little Friend Pet Services reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled visits for services canceled with less than 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service.

    11. Little Friend Pet Services reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time if the Pet Sitter, in their sole discretion, determines that the Client's pet(s) poses a danger to the health or safety of itself, other pets, other people or the Pet Sitter. If concerns prohibit the Pet Sitter from caring for the pet, Little Friend Pet Services will attempt to contact the Client to arrange alternative care. If the Client cannot be contacted, the Client authorizes Little Friend Pet Services to contact the listed Emergency Contact.  If the Emergency Contact cannot be reached, Client authorizes Pet Sitter to board the pet at a local facility at the expense of the Client.

    12. Little Friend Pet Services reserves the right to refuse service to any client, at any time, for any reason.

    13. This document gives Little Friend Pet Services and its representatives authorization to enter the Client's listed address as needed to perform agreed upon services.

    14. Little Friend Pet Services is not liable for any loss or damage in the event of a burglary or other crime that should occur while under this Contract.

    15. Client agrees to properly secure the home prior to leaving the premises. Little Friend Pet Services will re-secure the home at the end of each visit. 

    16. In the case of an emergency, inclement weather or a natural disaster, the Client authorizes Little Friend Pet Services to use reasonable judgment for the care and well being of Client's pet(s) and residence. Little Friend Pet Services will make reasonable efforts to maintain service during these conditions but reserves the right to adjust the schedule and/or location of service based on the sole discretion of the Pet Sitter.

    17. Little Friend Pet Services is not responsible for any damages beyond the control of the Pet Walker.

    18. Client is responsible for supplying the necessary equipment and supplies needed for the care of their pet(s) including, but not limited to, a sturdy, well-fit harness or collar, leash, waste bags for walks, pet food, fresh water, treats, medications, identification tags, crate(s), litter box(es), cat litter and tools, cleaning products, etc for drop-in visits.

    19. Client authorizes the use of pet(s) pictures and video on website, social media and/or marketing materials for promotional purposes.

    20. Client authorizes this contract to be valid approval for services so as to permit Little Friend Pet Services to accept all future in person, telephone, online, mail or email reservations and provide services without additional signed contracts or written authorizations.

    21. The Term of this document apply to all pets owned by the client, including any and all new pets that the customer obtains on or after the date this document was signed.
