Moving Contract - 4 Bedroom or more

Please carefully read the terms of the moving contract below before you agree to them and proceed to payment page.

I First Name* Last Name* agree this contract is subject exclusively to U.S. Federal Law and the statutes of the State of Arizona. I agree to hold AZ EZ Movers, its owner(s), staff, and affiliates harmless in civil court to the greatest extent permissible by law. If I am not satisfied with AZ EZ Mover’s attempts to resolve a claim I agree to resolution exclusively through automatic arbitration. I understand and agree AZ EZ Movers will not be responsible for claims not specified in this contract.

In the event of an accident I agree to a complete and total release of my medical records, regardless of relevancy claims. I understand this significantly affects my privacy rights under HIPAA/AZ State Law.

As the client you accept full responsibility for the safety of yourself and all employees, residents, guests, or ANY other person on your property during your move. Pets and children can move quickly and unpredictably. We ask that they be kept out of our workspace as we cannot accept any responsibility/ liability for their safety.

Fragile items, including but not limited to China, glass, clocks, glassware, lamps, mirrors, pictures, artwork, Flat Panel Televisions that are not packed & un-packed by AZ EZ Movers will only be moved at the owners risk. We are not responsible for unprotected flooring. Please discuss coverage for your valuables with your home-owner’s/ renter’s insurance prior to your move.

Although our experienced staff will be as careful as possible, from time to time damages may occur. If damage is caused by our staff, at our discretion, we will repair the item or compensate for its depreciated value. Federal law limits our liability for any category of cargo to $0.60/lb.

Because we cannot possibly know the pre-existing mechanical condition of electronics and appliances; we only assume responsibility for items which are dropped and receive visible damage by our staff.

If due to an inherent weakness (I.E. defect, prior repair, unstable construction) damage occurs, we assume zero liability. This policy expressly applies to particle board/ready-to-assemble furniture. Unfortunately these items were not designed/ engineered by the manufacturer to be moved once assembled.

AZ EZ Movers is only responsible for items specifically placed in our immediate care. AZ EZ Movers assumes no responsibility for money, jewelry, personal electronics, vehicles, or other valuables, please make sure these items are safely put away before our moving crew arrives. By engaging our services, you certify that the property we are transporting on your behalf is under your lawful ownership and control.

Appointments cancelled by client less than 24 hours before start time will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations occurring more than 24 hours, but less than 48 hours before start time will be refunded or credited 50%. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled start time will receive a 100% moving credit or 100% refund within 10 business days to their original method of payment. Please note availability of funds in your account is controlled by your financial institution, not AZ EZ Movers.
