Privacy Statement Your personal information is being collected by Sunshine Coast Community and Gala Awards and by your nomination you agree that our panel of judges have permission to consider nominations and select winners for the above categories. Your personal information will only be used for the above use and not for any other purpose. By submitting this form, you as nominator grant us, Sunshine Coast Community and Gala Awards the right to share this information publicly and as necessary. The successful award finalists and winners may have their photo and profile from each category showcased on our website along with our Sponsors, judges and staff. We will require media permission to ensure all finalists and award winners are highly profiled within our region and possibly beyond due to social media. All nominations must be received by MIDNIGHT 22nd of August 2024. Finalists and winners will be announced on the night of the event. The presentation ceremony for finalists and award recipients will be held at The Caloundra RSL, September 21st 2024 unless for reasons out of our control we need to re-schedule. This will be a public function. As a nominee or nominator you give Sunshine Coast Community Gala and Awards nominees authority to release information to member organisations and give consent for my details being entered into our database and distributed to staff and our judging panel as necessary.
