Miss Merry Christmas Information
Winners can ride in the Harrison Christmas Parade on Monday, November 25th.
DEADLINE Register by November 16th to avoid late fee. Final deadline is November 21st. Sorry, no door entries.
DATE & TIME Saturday, November 23rd. Doors open at 10am, pageant begins at 12pm. Pageant will start on time and move swiftly: formalwear, themewear, intermission, crowning.
LOCATION Northwest Arkansas District Fairgrounds in Harrison, Arkansas. Dressing area provided. Plenty of parking.
ELIGIBILITY This is an open pageant, all are welcome! No marital, parental, or residential restrictions. 2023 winners may crown or compete.
FORMALWEAR Party/pageant dress or gown.
THEMEWEAR Anything Christmas themed. Props allowed - have fun! Upbeat music provided.
PHOTOGENIC Photo(s) can be submitted with this online registration or emailed to sceptersashproductions@gmail.com by 5:00PM on November 21st.
STAGE Diamond formation will be marked. Contestants will enter and exit the stage from the back center:
JUDGES & SCORING A panel of experienced judges will be looking for the total package: a poised, confident contestant with personality who is thoughtfully put together. Judges are instructed to leave feedback. Below is a sample scoresheet. Show your contestant number at the front table to collect your scoresheets after crowning.
CROWNING A queen will be crowned in each division receiving themed crown and embroidered sash. Runners-up, Santa's Helpers, Themewear, Photogenic, Crowd Favorite, and side (best dressed, personality, etc.) winners will also be awarded. Overall Themewear, Photogenic, Most Beautiful, Most Personality, and Crowd Favorite will receive large crown and themed custom sash. Overalls can be double crowned. All contestants will be acknowledged on stage during crowning.
