Please note that the pool should be properly maintained and chemically balanced up until the pool closing. If you have selected the vacuuming option, we will be unable to vacuum pools that have not been properly maintained.

I understand that my appointment will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of a formal email confirmation from Ultimate Pool Service Inc. Additional, I understand that a valid credit card must be on file in order for this appointment to be confirmed. Lastly, I understand that payment will not be processed onto my provided credit card until completion of service.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

If the pool is over 80,000L, and a Closing Chemical Kit has been selected, 2 Closing Chemical Kits will be required and invoiced.

A cancellation fee of $100.00 may apply to appointments changed or cancelled without 48 hours' notice.

The Water Feature Winterization fee is applicable to each of the following: solar systems, waterfalls, sheer descents, deck jets, laminars, secondary skimmers, and auto-fill lines. If your pool has more than one feature, you will be charged the fee per feature. This fee covers the additional time required to blow the additional line(s) and maneuver the winter cover around them.

A $120.00 charge is applicable to pools with two winter covers.

Drop-in Step Fee: Removal is only at the client's request. Ultimate Pool Service Inc. strongly recommends that steps be removed prior to the pool closing at a separate service appointment to avoid damage. It is best to remove steps with someone inside the pool. The pool must be heated.

Partial Closing Terms:

If you have selected the Partial Closing Package and the required conditions (e.g., anchors not raised or water bags not filled) are not met, an additional fee will apply for the completion of these tasks.

Partial Closing and Equipment Shut Down Terms:

For both a Partial Pool Closing and an Equipment Shut Down, the water level must be lowered below the jets PRIOR to our arrival. If not done upon arrival we will complete the service for an additional charge.
The Pool Closing does not include:

1. Vacuuming or scooping of leaves; this can be completed for an additional fee however, service must be requested at time of booking so that we can account for the extra time.

2. Equipment repairs; these can be completed as a separate service appointment. Applicable service rates will apply. This includes removing/replacing seized safety cover anchors and/or patching winter covers.

*Please ensure you have emptied your ground water well prior to our arrival to prevent your liner from shifting; the well should be kept dry year round.
