POLICY AGREEMENT - CANADA TRUCK & HEAVY EQUIPMENT SCHOOL PROGRAM

All Clients who make a submission to participate in the Canada Truck and Heavy Equipment School Program offered by The Passport Work and Travel Services Limited. The client understand that this program is for individuals who are interested in obtaining an AZ/DZ and Heavy Equipment License in Canada and that the program includes the following requirements:
1. Canada Truck and Heavy Equipment School Program Fees. I acknowledge that the program fee for the Canada Truck and Heavy Equipment School Program Fee is $48,000JMD (or Forklift Program Fee of $36,500JMD). I understand that this fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The full fee must be paid prior to starting the program or via a payment plan, which requires a payment of $24,000JMD to begin and $24,000JMD once the acceptance letter has been received, clients will have 10 business days to pay the remaining balance in order to retrieve the acceptance letter. Failure to pay the remaining balance will require a late fee payment of $6,000JMD.
2. Re-issuing of Acceptance Letter. I understand that it is my responsibility to submit embassy documents before the expiration of my Acceptance Letter, should the acceptance letter expire there will be a fee of $3,000JMD to request an updated letter.
3. Program Duration. I understand that the Canada Truck and Heavy Equipment School Programis a 1-5 week program and that I must complete all program requirements within the specified duration.
4. Program Requirements. I understand that to participate in the Canada Truck Program, I must meet the following requirements:
a. I must be at least 18 years of age.
b. I must have a valid driver's license from my home country with 1 years of experience.
c. I must be able to read, write and speak English fluently and understand basic Math.
d. I must be physically and mentally fit to drive a commercial vehicle.
Once arriving in Canada I must obtain my G license and A1 license.
e. I must complete my Canadian Medical Exam in Canada.
f. I must pass the English and Math exams offered by school partners.
g. I must be able to provide all necessary documentation required by the Canadian Government for a visitor's visa (short studying course) application.
5. Program Policies. I agree to abide by the following program policies:
a. Attendance. I understand that attendance is mandatory for all program sessions, including online and webinars.
b. Timeliness. I will arrive at all program sessions on time.
c. Professional Conduct. I will maintain professional conduct throughout the program. I understand that any form of harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.
d. Immigration Laws. I will comply with all Canadian immigration laws throughout my participation in the program. I understand that failure to comply with these laws may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.
6. Visa Application. I understand that The Passport Work and Travel Services Limited will assist me with the visa application process for Canada. I understand that I must provide all necessary documentation and information required for the application process, including my travel history and criminal record. I understand that the decision to grant or deny a visa application is solely up to the Canadian Government, and that The Passport Work and Travel Services Limited is not responsible for any visa denials. I understand that if my application is denied by the Canadian Government it is solely my choice to request a submission which will come at additional cost.
7. Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligation under this Agreement to the extent such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy labor, or materials.
8. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable
9. Withdrawal from the Program. I understand that if I choose to withdraw from the Canada Truck Program, I will forfeit all program fees paid and that these fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
10. Entire Agreement and Modification. The terms and conditions of this Canada Truck Program Policy Agreement represent my complete understanding of the parties hereto with regard to my participation in the program and supersedes any previous or contemporaneous understandings I may have had with The Passport Work and Travel Services Limited on this subject, whether written or oral, and cannot be changed or amended in any way without the written concurrence of both The Passport Work and Travel Services Limited and me. I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to consult with the counsel of my choice prior to signing this document and I understand its terms, that by signing it I am giving up substantial legal rights I might otherwise have, and that I have signed this document knowingly and voluntarily.
