Vendor Participation Fee: Free
8 am setup: Free
7:30 early setup: Free for Kingswood Parke residents. $20 fee for non residents
No call/No Shows: 25.00 fee prior to participation at future events
Please provide your own tables, chairs and canopy (canopy weights are mandatory).
Event times will be 9 am to 2 pm with setup starting at 8 am but may be subject to change if the weather is warmer and will be noted on the vendor info sheet emailed to you. Prior to setup please see Kim or Mandy to sign in on the vendor sign up sheet. Setup must be completed 15 minutes prior to show start for safety reasons and must not be setup early without prior permission.

Completion of this form is NOT a confirmation you will attend the event. Completion of this form will temporarily hold your space until we can review the information and determine if there is space available.
Vendor spots are first come first serve so be sure to confirm your attendance promptly after receiving the vendor information email or your space may go to the next in line. You MUST confirm your attendance via email once you have been selected to confirm your space.
