Payment will be made to the SparkOffline.com, LLC via cash, check, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the business.

The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the Services unconditionally. SparkOffline.com, LLC reserves the right to terminate membership when member exhibits unexceptable behavior (at our discretion).

SparkOffline.com, LLC does not guarantee a member will be matched to a specific number of members throughout duration of membership. I understand that SparkOffline.com, LLC has been in business less than a year.

SparkOffline.com, LLC does not promise all matches will lead to a spark.

Member dues cover the cost of direct face to face marketing, social media marketing, TV and Radio ads, digital marketing, event marketing, and all expenses related to business operations (networking groups, Chamber memberships, vehicle branding, etc.).

SparkOffline.com, LLC reserves the right to make changes to this agreement as needed.

I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against the Business and its owners, employees, affiliates, and officers, on account of injury, illness, disability, or death arising out of or attributable to my being on the Premises or engaging in the Activity and being exposed to or contracting COVID-19, whether arising out of the negligence of the Business, its owners, employees, affiliates, officers, or otherwise.
