- Check out on time; late check-out incurs extra charges (不能延迟退房，延迟退房将会收费)
- Keep the house clean and in good condition (保持房屋清洁和良好状态)
- Prohibit any illegal activities (禁止任何违法行为)

Liability (责任):
The company reserves the right to pursue compensation for any damages or liabilities incurred (公司保留追究任何损害或责任的权利).

Legal Compliance (合法遵从):
The management ensures legal compliance and takes precautions to prevent illegal activities at the premises (管理层确保合法遵从，并采取预防措施以防止非法活动在房屋内发生).
