Prior to showing a property or working with the public in any way a licensed Real Estate Agent must provide the Information About Brokerage Services (IABS) document. It is also a National Assoc. of REALTORS requirement that a Residential Buyer/Tenant Represtation Agreement is signed prior to execution of any adminstrative or showing tasks by a REALTOR.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Broker compensation is not set by law nor fixed, controlled or recommended by the Associatoin of REALTORS or MLS. Broker Compensation is fully negotiable.

**NOTICE:** By signing below, the Prospective Buyer/Tenant acknowledges that they have read the Residential Buyer/Tenant Representation Agreement - Short Form and understand that the agent will only be providing showing services (Section 6) at this time. The agent will not act as a full Buyer’s Representative and may only provide the minimum duties required by law, as outlined in the IABS form above. Additionally, they acknowledge that either the buyer or agent may choose to terminate this agreement at any time without penalty or cost, or upgrade to a full Buyer/Tenant Representation Agreement if additional services are needed by the Buyer/Tenant.
