2. Orders
Order Confirmation: Upon receipt of an order, confirmation will be sent to the provided email address or phone number. Payment is due once the order details have been finalized with the customer.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Delivery
Delivery Areas: Delivery available for Baltimore, MD and surrounding counties (and neighboring Counties)
Delivery Charges: Delivery charges will be calculated based on the delivery location and order size.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be confirmed but are not guaranteed. However, on-time delivery is important to us as we know it is important to you, we do our due diligence to honor confirmed delivery times.
Note: Delivery driver has the right to refuse delivery if environment or circumstance(s) are deemed unsafe.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Order Cancellations: Cancellations requested before 6pm on the same day the order was received can receive a refund of the full amount paid. Cancellation request after the initial grace period up until 48 hours before delivery will forfeit deposit or half of total cost paid. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery will forfeit entire purchase amount.
Refunds: Refunds are issued for orders that cannot be fulfilled or if there is an error on our part. Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction if the arrangements are delivered as per the order details.
6. Substitutions
Flower Substitutions: Due to seasonal availability, flowers may be substituted with similar types and colors of equal value.
7. Product Quality
Freshness Guarantee: We strive to ensure all flowers are fresh and of high quality. In the unlikely event of an issue, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery.
8. Liability
Limitation of Liability: Pressed4Petals is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
9. Privacy Policy
Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary for processing orders. This information will be used solely for order fulfillment and customer service.
