Journey to the Arctic - Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in our i-Adventures "Journey to the Arctic" trip, which will take place May 26 to June 3, 2025. We are excited that you will be joining us!
Tour Cost (All prices are listed in USD)

All cabins are outside cabins with windows and private bathrooms. Each cabin includes a desk with a chair and a cupboard for storage.

Triple cabin (3 people - upper and lower berths): $6,590 per person

Twin cabin (2 people - two twin beds): $7,590 per person

Double cabin (2 people - one double bed): $7,990 per person

Double superior cabin (2 people - one large double bed, which can be separated. These more spacious rooms feature armchairs and a TV.): $9,090 per person

Single cabin (1 person in a dedicated twin cabin): $11,890 per person

The registration fee includes:
- One hotel night in Longyearbyen prior to embarking
- Accommodations for seven nights on-board the ship, with daily housekeeping
- All meals on board throughout the voyage
- All shore landings, excursions and activities
- An Expedition Leader and experienced guides (one for every ten participants)
- Coffee, tea, and cocoa available around the clock
- All miscellaneous service taxes and port charges throughout the program
- Transfer from/to the airport in Longyearbyen
The following items are specifically NOT included in your registration fee:
- Airfare to/from Longyearbyen, Svalbard
- Passport and visa expenses
- Government arrival and departure taxes
- Personal charges while on board, including laundry, bar, and shop charges
- Internet access while on board - a 2 GB data pass can be purchased for $15
- Gratuities for the ship's crew
- Trip cancellation and medical travel insurance
Payment Schedule

Your registration will be confirmed when we receive your completed registration form and a deposit of 25%, which is due within 10 days. The balance is due by Feb 25, 2025 (90 days prior to departure).

We will invoice you when you complete and submit this form, after which you will be able to submit your payment by check or online via direct electronic deposit. We do not accept credit cards. Your registration will be confirmed once your payment has been received.

Important Travel Insurance Information

i-SUSTAIN recommends that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against financial loss in the case of cancellation or interruption of the trip, medical or personal emergencies or other unforeseen events that may cause you to have to change your travel plans.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration you will be subject to the cancellation fees assessed by the M/S Quest, per the following schedule:
1. If you cancel more than 180 days prior to departure, an administration fee of 15% of the registration price will apply.
2. If you cancel 180 through 90 days prior to departure an administration fee of 25% of the registration price will apply.
3. If you cancel less than 90 days prior to departure, an administrative fee of 100% of the expedition price will apply. If cancellation occurs within the 90-day period and full payment has not been received, the full penalty will still apply and the unpaid monies are due immediately.
4. Once a trip has departed there will be no refunds for any unused portions of the trip.
If you cancel at any time but are able to secure a replacement who registers and pays in full for this trip at the same or a higher rate, any funds you have paid to i-SUSTAIN that have not already been used to cover the cost of non-refundable expenses will be refunded in full.

I agree that i-SUSTAIN is not liable for any additional expenses that I may have incurred, such as airfare.
